Limitation Benefits



​​If you are going to doubt something, why not doubt your limits?


Instead of holding back because you don’t have hard proof that you can succeed, see if you end up with evidence proving you can’t. When was the last time you acted on complete faith? Meaning, do what you’d do if you knew you were going to succeed? Believe like you have total conviction. Doubt is what does the most mental damage. So don’t give it any mental space. Be bold, act as if it is completely inconceivable that you will experience anything other than a successful outcome. ​​Challenge the thoughts and beliefs that have argued against you taking action. Put those old inhibiting ideas to the test by going for it with everything you’ve got. What are the potential benefits of challenging your limitations?
